应用
1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene is applied as a liquid scintillator. It is also used as a sterilizing agent and in the manufacture of dyes, perfumes, and resins. It is used as a safe solvent for the production of H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide). Pseudocumene is used mainly asraw material for the production of trimellitic anhydride, pyromellitic dianhydride.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician if you feel unwell. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. In case of fire: Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Dispose of contents/ container to an approved waste disposal plant
